第五站來到 河口湖。🗻🌿

河口湖是「富士五湖」之一，亦是欣賞富士山最受歡迎的地方之一。湖邊四季都有不同景色，春天有櫻花、初夏有薰衣草，夏天亦有各式各樣的花盛開；如果天氣夠清朗，還可以看到富士山倒映在湖面的「逆富士」。

今日富士山依然害羞地躲在雲後面 😂，不過河口湖本身已經好靚。

湖邊種滿不同顏色的花，粉紅、黃色、紫色……一路行一路影相，配上湖景和遠山，夏天的感覺滿滿。🌸🌼

來到這裡當然又要食！😆
今次試了很特別的 花味雪糕 🌸🍦，連雪糕的顏色都好夢幻，粉粉紫紫，再配黑色雪糕筒，未食已經要影相先！📸

一邊食雪糕、一邊賞花、一邊望住河口湖，簡簡單單已經好舒服。

湖邊還看到一座 「富士山の集いモニュメント」，以富士山為造型，亦令這個地方多了一個有趣的小地標。🗻

今日雖然未能看到完整的富士山，但有湖、有花、有雪糕，旅行有時就是這樣——不一定要看到最完美的風景，開開心心享受當下已經足夠。❤️

32|🌸 Mt. Fuji Trip | Fifth Stop: Lake Kawaguchi

Our fifth stop was Lake Kawaguchi. 🗻🌿

Lake Kawaguchi is one of the Fuji Five Lakes and also one of the most popular places to enjoy views of Mt. Fuji. The scenery changes beautifully with the seasons — cherry blossoms in spring, lavender in early summer, and all kinds of colourful flowers blooming throughout summer. On a clear and calm day, you may even see the famous “Upside-Down Fuji,” when Mt. Fuji is perfectly reflected on the surface of the lake.

Unfortunately, Mt. Fuji was still feeling shy and hiding behind the clouds today. 😂 But Lake Kawaguchi itself was already beautiful enough!

The lakeside was filled with colourful flowers — pink, yellow, purple and more. 🌸🌼 We kept stopping to take photos as we walked, with the lake and mountains in the background. It really felt like summer in Japan.

And of course, we had to eat again! 😆
This time, I tried a very special flower-flavoured ice cream. 🌸🍦 Even the colours were so pretty — soft shades of pink and purple served in a black cone. Definitely a photo first, then eat! 📸😂

Enjoying ice cream, admiring the flowers and looking out over Lake Kawaguchi — sometimes the simplest moments are the most relaxing.

We also came across the “Mt. Fuji Gathering Monument” (富士山の集いモニュメント) by the lake, designed in the shape of Mt. Fuji and adding another interesting little landmark to the area. 🗻

Although we didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji in all its glory today, we still had the lake, the flowers and the ice cream. ❤️

Sometimes travelling is just like that — you don’t always need the perfect view. Simply enjoying the moment and being happy together is more than enough. 🗻🌸❤️
