你好，我是 Auntie Jackie。
我是一位母親，也是一位喜歡記錄生活的人。
過去幾年，我和兒子和小狗走過了一段充滿改變的旅程。從香港出發，曾經在馬來西亞生活，後來移居英國經歷離婚，而未來亦將展開人生的新一頁，將會嫁去美國。
這一路上，有過離別，也有過重新開始；有過迷惘，也有過成長。
正因如此，我更加珍惜那些看似平凡卻溫暖的日常：一家人共進晚餐、一趟旅行中的風景、一份親手烹調的家常菜，以及生命中每一個值得感恩的時刻。
「我此土安穩」這個名字來自《妙法蓮華經・如來壽量品》中的一句經文：
我此土安穩，天人常充滿。
對我而言，「家」不只是一個地方，而是一種內心的安穩。
無論身在香港、英國、美國，或世界上的任何角落，只要心中有愛、有希望、有值得珍惜的人，便能找到屬於自己的歸處。
這裡記錄的，是關於家、成長、旅行、烹飪，以及平凡生活中的小幸福。

About Me
Hello, I’m Auntie Jackie.
I am a mother, a home cook, a traveler, and someone who enjoys documenting everyday life.
Over the past few years, my son, my little dog, and I have experienced a journey full of change.
We started in Hong Kong, lived in Malaysia, and later moved to the United Kingdom. After going through a divorce, I am now preparing for the next chapter of life as I get ready to marry and move to the United States.
Along the way, there have been farewells and new beginnings, challenges and growth. These experiences have taught me to appreciate the simple things that truly matter: sharing meals with family, discovering new places, preparing homemade food, and finding joy in ordinary days.
The name of this website, At Home Wherever I Am (我此土安穩), comes from a passage in the Lotus Sutra:
“This land of mine is peaceful and secure.”
To me, home is more than a physical place. It is a sense of peace carried within the heart.
Whether in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, the United States, or anywhere else in the world, home can be found wherever love, hope, and meaningful connections exist.
This website is a journal of home, family, travel, cooking, personal growth, and the small joys of everyday life.
